Every other week the Inspirational Service consists of a recorded video of an SRF monastic leading a service shown on a large monitor at the Center. The Sacramento Meditation Center is open and holding regular in-person services at the Center on Sunday that includes a Meditation Service at 10 AM and an Inspirational Service from the Teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda at 11 AM.
